Steve started out in the magazine publishing industry as a stylist with Her World over two decades ago. He has since directed and styled countless fashion as well as celebrity photo shoots, and is known for his fresh ideas when it comes to weddings that wow.

ERIC TEO

Culinary director, ET Culinary Arts & president mentor, Singapore Chefs’ Association

This celebrity chef has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. In 2017, Chef Teo received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at the World Gourmet Summit. Currently the president mentor of the Singapore Chefs’ Association, he is known for his brand endorsements, variety cooking shows, and more.

LUA CHANG YUNG

Lecturer, Culinary Arts, School of Hospitality, ITE College West

Since graduating from Shatec in 2003, Chef Lua has won several scholarships, including the Norwegian Seafood Export Council and Otto Weibel & Norwegian Seafood Scholarship Competition in 2006. He is currently a lecturer of Culinary Arts at ITE College West.

JOHAN LIM

Managing partner, Egghead Branding Consultants

With a background in Fine Arts and Interactive Media Design, Johan has more than 14 years of experience in the creative industry. Currently the managing partner at Egghead Branding Consultants, he specialises in areas such as strategic planning, service design and consumer experience, with clients around the globe from F&B, wellness, travel, and hospitality industries.

The Venue Awards are based primarily on submissions by hotel and dining venues, as well as the judges’ personal visits and experiences at the venues.
